Volunteer Development Scotland are offering a two day "Training the Trainers programme" for practitioners working with, coordinating or managing volunteers and / or managing volunteering programmes. This is a non accredited learning opportunity.

By attending this 2 day course you will enhance your skills in the planning, delivering, facilitating and evaluating of learning and training programmes and courses within an organisational setting.
This two day programme will develop and raise the skills and competencies of participants who have or who will be developing a role in the training and learning of volunteering programmes. It has been developed with alignment the UK skills frameworks and national quality standards for the management of volunteering.
This is a highly participative learning opportunity where individuals will be supported to develop their skills through practical activities with both group and individual activities. Participants will be supported to prepare and deliver short training / learning session to peer participants on the second day of the programme this will provide the added benefit of using skills and understanding of the learning within a supportive group. Participants are required to attend on both days.
