Volunteers Contribute an enormous amount to Scottish life, with volunteering benefiting the communities in which we live and work, the environment, leisure activities and individuals.
In 2006 volunteering was estimated to be worth £1.8 billion to the Scottish economy with 3 million Scots volunteering on a regular basis.
Now that's something to be proud of.
