Opportunities for Learning

A wide range of Learning Opportunities have been developed to help you to improve your practice in coordinating and managing volunteers in your organisation. Not only will the learning opportunities provide you with new understanding and skills in coordinating and managing volunteers they will enable you to take new ideas back into your organisation. The learning opportunities may be useful for both individuals who wish to develop their practice and for organisation, especially those undertaking the Investing in Volunteers quality standard.

Leaning opportunities are available at Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced levels and may be delivered by Volunteer Development Scotland or by the Volunteer Centre Network or a VDS Associate Trainer.

All Volunteer Development Scotland Learning Opportunities are aligned to quality standards in the National Occupational Standards on Managing Volunteers and Investing in Volunteers.
